I got a broken soup cup.

This is my first time purchasing at Amazon Marketplace. When I got the soup cup with it’s inside and outside package in good condition, the cap of the cup was broken and I couldn’t fine any broken pieces in the packing box. So I doubted that the cup was fragmentary in the fisrt place.Since I am in China and don’t know Japanese, let alone return the cup. And the shipping cost between China and Japan for sending and returning the item twice is even much higher than the value of the item. So maybe I can’t be refunded. This is the most awful experience I’ve ever had at Amazon.co.jp.
