Stitching comes lose on all Newport models after becoming wet

一回海入ると終わりです。
後ろのスティーッチングが濡らしたら取っちゃいます。
２回目購入しましたが、
２回も同じこと起こりましたので、
間違えなくこれはデザインの問題です。
新モデルは問題が起こすところのデザインが違いますので問題が分かってデザインを変更したでしょう？このモデルを購入しようと思ってる人が自分でネットでこの問題のことを調べてみることがオススメです。
どうしても購入するなら海、
水見など入らないようにオススメです。

These are the second pair of Newports I’ve bought from Keen and both pairs’ stitching popped out in the same places after being submerged in water. Clearly a design problem and this is somewhat verified by the fact that the newly designed Newports are designed different in the exact area where the problem arises.

The stitching on these models will come lose on the back sides where the material that runs around the heel meets the sides on the outer section of the shoe.

If you intend to buy these, don’t submerge them in waterthey are not waterproof in the sense that they can withstand water and still be functional afterwards. If you’d like to confirm for yourself you can by searching the internet for this issue where you will find
