The human or person is taken as a subject of analysis in this science , and there is a problem following ; the conflict between demand or need of individuality and one of society . Though the human ,which belongs to society , group , or organization , individually has demand or need , they must submit theirs to demand or need of society , group , or organization as far as they belong to ones .
