I ordered this software, and the CD didn’t work in two of my computers--made weird noises and spit it out. Tried to download the software from the internet but the product key kept getting rejected. I called Microsoft and they were very helpful--spent more than 90 minutes on the phone and it turns out the product key was wrong on the package---It’s going back to amazon (who quickly agreed to a refund). I wish I had read the negative reviews here first about the product--I could have saved a lot of time.

The product key can be activated without any problems. My mac air doesn’t have a disc drive, so I downloaded the software from the web, and used this product key to activate it. Bingo! Thanks so much.
