The problem with the package is the CD. It has that terrible "bell sound" play along instead of the actual violin.
I can’t hear the bell part because of the rest of the melody. I learn by listening not by reading the notes, so if I can’t hear the notes, then I can’t learn the notes. I have to go to an outside source to get the actual music to learn the piece.
A good play along should have a violin part that allows you to match your violin to the professional’s violin. This way you know you are playing it correctly.
