This is a great book for anyone who wants to add Pilates to their current fitness routine. The book includes details about how to perform each exercise, has good photos and also has an ’inside scoop’ section to give extra tips on how to perform them better. I can feel the difference in my body already and am excited about seeing the differences after time. A must for anyone who wants to experience more to exercise than just pumping iron. Maybe a little difficult for absolute beginners to working out.
