Not worth it.

Very skimpy, out-of-date info. You can find anything in this book anywhere on the internet. For bike fitting, he suggests KOPS, to determine handle bar width, measure your shoulder width. Got problems with your knees? Use ice and cross-massage. He goes through an unbelievably overly-simplified training program. This stuff is something anyone who has the slightest knowledge about cycling should already know. None is new.

Even when he does explain this old info, he does it in a very shallow and quick way---you can get much more detailed info for free on the net. You could also buy any cycling book by Edmund Burke or Joe Friel and get much more thorough, accurate, up-to-date, and detailed information at a lower price.
