Will work great but needs tuning.

I’m a heavy guy, I weigh 90kg + 10kg luggage, so its a total of 100kg everyday when I go to a 20km ride to work using my little zoomer. I feel that the start dash is so sluggish that I always get left behind by other gentsuki riders even I already installed an IMAP.

I decided to try changing the variator with this one. I also bought a pack of 5g weight roller from Kitaco also to complete the setup. After installation and few test runs I notice a big improvement on acceleration, it became faster yet it can still retain a decent top speed and good torque on mid-range speed. Yes, the start dash is surprisingly fast but the engine is screaming too loud on takeoff (5~10km/h), so I decided to change setup again. =(

I ended up changing the weight roller again to this setup, "Kitaco 5g x 3pcs" + "Honda Stock 7g x 3pcs". After installation, I take it out for a test ride starting from our house to my workplace and then back. It works so much better now and decided to stay
