Absolutely terrible designHercules must rethink this.

A terrible design, falsely advertised by Hercules. Hercules calls this a cello stand and the picture that Hercules puts on the front of its box shows a cello standing happily on the stand with its endpin out. But that issadlya lie. With the endpin out even a little, this cello stand cannot be used stably. With the endpin out, it is IMPOSSIBLE to position the cello so that the legs of the stand are all on the floor at the same time with the cello neck properly in the neck holder. The stand wobbles and tips and sways and the cello pivots and yaws and one nudge and it would tip over. The only, very unstable, choice with this stand is to either position the cello standing so far forward on its pin that two of the three stand legs are roughly on the ground, but then the cello pivots on the endpin in an alarming way and the neck is not properly in the neck holder so that you have to really tug to get your cello out of the holder.
