"とても良いです!"

(First of all, I apologise for not writing in japanese, but I am a 外国人, therefore I preferred to give a feedback in english, rather than giving none)

"Work" by Hashiguchi George/Joji is a very good book. I bought it out of curiosity and because of good reviews that I encountered by chance online, and the book demonstrated to be worth every yen I paid for it. The print quality is good and the binding seems to be rather solid (which is not always true even for famous publishing companies); the photographs are rather compelling and well executed, therefore I cannot restrain myself from suggesting this book to any portrait enthusiast  specifically those that appreciate portraits that give both human and tactical context.
