On The Edge is an exciting read! I recommend this book to any parent who wants to teach their children the basics of strong leadership. My son and I are armchair mountaineers, so we also appreciated the fact that the book was written by an accomplished alpinist. Chapters are short, the concepts are solid and ready made to apply to one’s business and family life. Without hesitation I give this book my highest rating. Parents who want to inspire their children on towards excellence and achievement would benefit by Alison Levine’s first book. My son who reads a book every five days gives it a ’double ice pick’. We look forward to more from this author. Perhaps she will even consider putting something together for pre-teens and young adults.
