I am the author of English for Poster Presentations. The purpose of this review is to describe the book and explain how it can help you.
Part 1 focuses on poster previews. I introduce key sentences and vocabulary that will help presenters to explain the main points of their research clearly and concisely. I cover the following points: starting, objectives, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, future work and finishing. There are two examples of poster previews and over 50 example sentences. Additionally, there is a 4 page Quick Guide, which provides quick access to useful sentences and vocabulary.
Part 2 focuses on Poster Overviews and will help you to give a simple and concise overview of your research that will stimulate questions and discussion. There are 2 examples of Poster Overviews, which present useful sentences and vocabulary. These are followed by key sentences as well as a Quick Guide.
