These are extremely light and AMAZING for running in.
They are the best shorts I have ever used for that purpose.
They have pockets so that you can have your music playing device on you when your run and the seams and general craftsmanship it great.
The elastic around the waist is also great. Not too tight and makes you feel very light and free.
Cons: none.
