The MIC-ST1 works very well. It has rubber mounting of the capsules to prevent camera noise being induced, and a foam sock to reduce wind noise.
However, the plug sticks out from the right side handgrip and is easily bumped and could be quickly damaged. The camera is not easy to hold with the mic plugged in.
