乳がんを発症してその後4度も再発し、あと数カ月の命と言われた著者が科学者としての知識や考え方を使って「何がいけなかったのか」を自力で突き止め、乳製品を一切絶つことで癌を消滅させ、その後一切再発を経験していないという実話なのでとても説得力があります。彼女のセオリーに従って食生活を変えた多数の乳がん患者が今では健康に暮らしているという事実も、彼女のケースが「たまたま」ではなかったことを証明していると思います。この本で紹介されている内容がもっと広く知られていたら沢山の命が助かるでしょうに！美味しいチーズが大好きな私も「命をとるかチーズをとるか」と言われたらもちろん命をとります。まだまだ沢山やりたいことがある人生ですから、食生活を変えようと思います。

This is really persuasive as this is a true experience of the author who was diagnosed with breast cancer followed by four metastasis episodes. She was told she had only months to live but utilizing her knowledge and training as scientist she found out "what caused cancer" and made her cancer disappear by eliminating dairy food from her diet without any recurrence since. The fact that many women with breast cancer changed their diet following her theory and are now healthy proves that it was not luck which saved Jane Plant. Many lives would be saved if the contents of this book were more widely known! Unfortunately I’m a big cheese lover
