Just make sure you have or purchase in advance the appropriate adapter for power. I happened to have one laying around. The adaptor connection lists 12v input, 2 amp output, but I running a bit under on the amperage and still runs fine with this adaptor. I have them on for hours, days at a time. They produce almost no heat. Install is a snap with the 3M tape on the back. Looks like you can get the same product for a few hundred yen less if you look around. Wish the vendor would provide click on adaptors should you need to cut and re-attach around a corner or something. I’ve seen them available on the net. You can cut and attach wires yourself, but these wires are tiny.0
