邦楽舞踊シリーズ 地歌 茶音頭/八千代獅子/鶴の声 の感想

初代米川文子が1961年に25センチＬＰ『地歌舞選集（その１）』として発売した名盤。
唄・三絃：米川文子（初代）、箏：米川みさを。
録音当時米川は60代後半。声はまだまだ色っぽく、粋でかっこいい。
内容的には五つ星ですが、収録時間が32分と短く残念なので四つ星です。
米川は同時期に『地歌舞選集（その２）』を出しているのだから、できれば『その１』と『その２』をカップリングしてＣＤ化してほしかった。
あと、決定的名盤なのにこの気の抜けた表紙はなんとかならないのか？

this is an elderly lady singing and with a shamisen as backing instrument. titles are a bout tea drinking and lions, the wisdom lies in the memories revived by looking in to the tea, The voice is dominant over the shamisen, There is no sparkling beauty in the shamisen here compared to the koto, it is restrained, sad and support the voice, i have not yet translated the words to english from the booklet but i am sure i will not be dissapointed, i can tell from the voice these are words of WISDOM, perhaps i am getting old (53) ten years ago i might have overlooked this in favour of koto recordings. i do not know the name of the singer but i will translate using a scanner and paste to google translator !! there is some tape hiss on recording which should have been removed.
